Responsibilities include:

  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Sales Calls: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, presenting insurance options and benefits.
  • Paperwork Processing: Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork for insurance policies and claims.
  • Customer Support: Address client inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Policy Review: Conduct periodic reviews of client policies to ensure coverage adequacy and recommend adjustments as needed.

Requirements include:

  • Property and casualty license is a bonus but we will train you if you are still new and want to join the insurance industry.
  • Licensing: Possess or obtain a California Insurance license.
  • Experience: Previous experience in insurance or sales is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset with a dedication to providing excellent service.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to support colleagues.
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and basic computer programs.
