We are seeking a highly skilled attorney to join our team at State Farm. As a Fortune 50 company, we pride ourselves on being a leader in the insurance and financial services industry.

Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense, including experience handling No Fault/PIP, Bodily Injury, and Premises Liability litigation. Strong automation/technological skills for lawsuit handling and courtroom presentation are also essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload where work is time sensitive
  • Handle No Fault/PIP, Bodily Injury, and Premises Liability litigation
  • Develop and implement trial strategies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from ABA accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in Michigan
  • 3+ years of civil litigation experience
  • Strong automation/technological skills
