About the Role

You will join Hinge Health's Data Science team as a Staff Data Scientist in the Growth organization.

This role involves working closely with Growth Marketers and channel leads to drive new user acquisition, onboarding, and early lifecycle retention through deep dive analysis, experimentation, and model development.

Specifically, you will help us optimize our core deployments, email, and mailer, and understand the value of investments from a conversion and CAC efficiency perspective.


Key Responsibilities

• Developing measurement frameworks for HHs growth channels
• Standing up self-serve performance analysis dashboards for core channels
• Developing hypotheses for channel optimization and efficiency, user growth, and leading growth channel experimentation
• Explaining root causes of business performance and working with Growth Marketers to develop actions to accelerate growth
• Working with Data Engineers to build growth data models and ensure accurate and efficient ingestion and transformation of required datasets
• Building out Hinge Health's channel attribution model and cost optimization functions

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working with large datasets to solve business and technology problems
• Experience working in Growth on problems like attribution, channel performance optimization, CAC optimization, and experimentation
• Experience working with scientific computing languages (R/Python) and SQL
• Experience with BI/visualization tools like Mode Analytics
• Experience in model development, validation, and implementation

What We Offer

This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits.

Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.

The annual salary range for this position is $182,400-$273,600.
