Job Description
  • Core Responsibilities:
  • Compile and maintain case file information and documents with attention to detail.
  • Organize digital files and verify case information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant statutes, case law, and other pertinent material to provide informed support to attorneys and clients.
  • Develop effective written and oral communication skills to engage with clients, attorneys, and staff in a professional manner.
  • Prepare legal documents and correspondence with precision and care.
  • Ensure timely completion of all tasks and filings, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Family Law paralegal.Knowledge of Minnesota state court rules and procedures.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.A professional demeanor and commitment to providing exceptional service to clients and colleagues.Benefits
