Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Training Specialist to join our team at Esri. As a key member of our global training programs, you will play a critical role in supporting the operational functions of our international training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, vendors, and distributors to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Plan and facilitate exam development workshops to create high-quality, psychometrically-sound exam content that aligns with program goals.
  • Recruit, train, and manage teams of subject matter experts (SMEs) for projects and certification workshops.
  • Develop program-specific documentation and customer resources to support global training programs.
  • Design and implement tools and delivery strategies to maximize productivity and efficiency in program operations.
  • Support global program operations, including proctoring exams, maintaining customer records, and generating content and documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, social platforms, and in-person interactions.
  • Contribute to the development of technical certification exams and coordinate internal customer-facing training events.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in an educational, corporate training, support, or professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated professional project management experience and the ability to implement, drive, and track projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and facilitation skills to engage internal and external customers in meetings and development workshops.
  • Strong organization skills to plan and execute multiple independent or concurrent projects and processes to meet quality standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff, volunteers, and stakeholders at various levels to accomplish program goals and objectives.
  • Experience with and knowledge of Microsoft products (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technical Communication, Geography, GIS, or a related field.
