About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Imaging Associate to join our team at Advocate Aurora Health. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic group of professionals who share your passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Job Summary

This position will provide diagnostic Computed Tomography Services to inpatients, outpatients, and Emergency Department patients under the direction of the supervising radiologist. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing CT scans and reformations according to established clinical protocols, guidelines, and department operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform CT scans and reformations according to established clinical protocols, guidelines, and department operating procedures
  • Obtain pertinent patient history to provide the radiologist with adequate information for exam interpretation and to ensure procedural criteria is met
  • Document all patient information on appropriate forms for department records related to preservation of patient records, patient statistics, billing information, and supplies
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A strong background in imaging technology, preferably with experience in computed tomography
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • A commitment to providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive patient experience
Salary and Benefits
