Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Advocate II to join our team at Emory Healthcare. As a Patient Advocate II, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve patient complaints and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams and external resources to support service facilitation requests on behalf of patients, families, and leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and Emory Healthcare policies related to patient rights and responsibilities.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and staff on patient rights and responsibilities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient experience and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service or case management.
  • Healthcare experience working with clinical teams and/or patients preferred.
  • Demonstrated conflict management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
