Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and reliable In-Home Care Specialist to provide personalized support and assistance to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a PCA, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals to maintain their independence and quality of life.

You will work one-on-one with our patients, providing support with daily living activities, household tasks, and personal care. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping our clients remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.

Responsibilities:
* Provide personalized support and assistance to patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Assist with household tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation
* Maintain patient records and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA certification preferred
* 6 months experience in home care; prior experience working with elderly or disabled individuals an asset
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Physical stamina to perform duties associated with in-home care
* Reliable transportation and flexibility to accommodate varied scheduling needs
