Job Summary

We are seeking a Caregiver/Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a member of our care team, you will provide direct patient care and assist with daily living activities. You will also have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Administer prescribed medications to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN)/(LVN), maintaining related medical records.
  • Present medication to patients and observe ingestion or administer medication using specified procedures.
  • Take vital signs or observe patients to detect response to medication, and report reactions.
  • Restock medication inventories.
  • Provide direct patient care and ensure resident safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations, initiating corrective action as appropriate.
