Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of the Drayage/Global Mile product's commercial success by implementing strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability goals.
- Craft go-to-market strategies to penetrate the Total Addressable Market (TAM) and expedite market share acquisition for the product.
- Develop and execute product positioning, messaging, and collateral development strategies to effectively communicate the value proposition of the Drayage offering.
- Craft competitive pricing strategies that balance customer value and revenue objectives.
- Serve as the primary advocate for customers within the organization, ensuring the Drayage product consistently surpasses customer expectations.
- Cross-functional alignment: serve as the central point of coordination, aligning the efforts of operations, technology, marketing, sales, and commercial teams to achieve product goals while fostering accountability across teams.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the performance and success of the Drayage product, regularly analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with platform product management and engineering teams to align the product roadmap, driving continuous product improvements and innovation.
- Define and refine success metrics to continually evaluate the effectiveness of products in solving business problems and delivering value to marketplace customers.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in building and marketing intermodal transportation services.
- A strong understanding of logistics operations, including transportation, storage, transloading, and distribution.
- A Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, engineering, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in operational strategy, business product development, go-to-market strategies, commercialization, and technology.
- The ability to set clear, ambitious product goals that motivate and focus the team on delivering with excellence and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Articulate and proactive communication style with the ability to reinforce a clear vision with well-defined objectives.
- Proven ability to work across functions and influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Passion for customer experience, with a track record of delivering and exceeding customer expectations.
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong bias towards data-based decision making.

The expected salary range for this role is $130,000 to $230,000. The actual base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and other factors permitted by law.
