We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all payroll transactions, including wage and salary calculations.
  • Ensure accuracy of payroll cycles and documents.
  • Maintain and update employee personnel files and databases.
  • Reconcile and maintain personnel benefit enrollments and receivables.
  • Review tax forms and documents.
  • Review and reconcile employee timesheets.
  • Assist with internal and external audits related to payroll and personnel benefits.
  • Provide critical support for employee questions and requests related to payroll information.
  • Process monthly insurance premium auditing and processing.
  • Prepare reports for accounting as directed.
  • Ensure accurate recording of payroll and employee information.

Requirements:

  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload.
  • Methodical and practical with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Meet strict deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Education and Experience:

Minimum of High School Diploma and at least one year of experience in automobile dealership payroll.
