Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Counsel patients on their medication needs, providing education and support to promote healthy outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program.
