Estimated Salary Range$150-$200 per hour, or approximately $12,000 - $16,000 per month based on 36 hours of work per week and 12-hour shifts. Keep in mind that tax-free stipends may be added to this figure, increasing your total compensation.
About the AssignmentWe're currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a focus on Labor and Delivery to join our team at a client facility in Laramie, Wyoming. This is an 8-week assignment requiring a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the specialty. Our ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Labor and Delivery RN at this facility, your primary duties will include:
- Providing direct patient care to women in labor, including assessing their needs, developing individualized plans of care, and implementing interventions as needed;
- Working collaboratively with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care;
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes;
- Participating in multidisciplinary rounds and contributing to the development of patient care plans;
- Performing routine administrative tasks, such as documenting medication administration and updating patient charts.
