Nurse Care Specialist

At Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services, we are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care to patients, following physician's orders and adhering to state and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications as ordered by physicians and maintain accurate records.
- Lead and guide nursing assistants, ensuring timely completion of work assignments.
- Assist physicians with rounds and provide support during physical examinations and treatments.
- Perform scheduled treatments and document patient care.
- Adhere to infection control measures and maintain a clean environment.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Ability to supervise nursing assistants and make decisions regarding patient care.
- Dependable, flexible, and able to work well with all nursing personnel and departments.
