Lymphedema Therapist

Job Summary:

AdventHealth is seeking a Certified Lymphedema Therapist to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a Lymphedema Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and administering appropriate techniques of treatment as prescribed by a physician.

Responsibilities:

Evaluates patients to determine the best course of treatment for lymphedema
Develops and implements treatment plans to help patients manage lymphedema
Administers patient treatments in a professional manner and within hospital standards
Completes timely and thorough documentation
Works directly with physicians, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients

Requirements:

Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) certification
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy
1+ year of experience in lymphedema treatment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
