Unity Resale Shoppe is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our resale shoppe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a volunteer-based staff, marketing to shoppers and donors, meeting financial goals, and ensuring an inviting environment for everyone involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide the volunteer-based staff to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract shoppers and donors.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to meet financial goals.
- Ensure a clean and organized store environment that meets customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Three years of experience in retail management or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in leading people and managing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Wisconsin Driver's License and reliable transportation.
