Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Manager and Cataloger to join our team at BAE Systems USA. As a key member of our library operations team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our vast collection of digital and hardcopy data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our digital cataloging system
  • Ship CD/DVD products and manage hardcopy CD/DVD holdings
  • Upload data to cloud-based repositories
  • Manage and organize disparate data in both hardcopy and softcopy formats

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience with GOTS software for database maintenance and data upload activity
  • Understanding of database maintenance and cybersecurity protocols
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Amazon CLI and Amazon Cloud Access Portal
  • Experience creating and utilizing small loading scripts
