The Role
We're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at our Deerfield Town Center store. As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our brand, creating personalized connections with customers and guiding their shopping journey. You'll be responsible for maintaining a visually appealing store environment, ensuring merchandise is well-organized and easily accessible to customers. You'll also collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support our store's always-inviting atmosphere.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to create tailored shopping experiences.
  • Share product knowledge and styling recommendations to help customers find the perfect pieces.
  • Drive brand loyalty by delivering exceptional customer service and personalized interactions.
  • Maintain the highest visual and operational standards, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Utilize technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions, providing customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
  • Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations.
  • Build productive relationships with colleagues, sharing ideas and being helpful to others.
You'll Bring to the Role
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience (preferred).
  • A hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Technology proficiency and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
  • The ability to take initiative and make thoughtful decisions.
