At Vivvi, we're revolutionizing childcare by bringing high-quality care and learning directly into the homes of families. As an In-Home Childcare Specialist, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional backup care to our clients.

This unique opportunity allows you to work with a variety of families on an as-needed basis, providing urgent backup care needs or scheduled sessions between 7am-6pm, Monday-Friday. You can tailor your schedule to suit your needs.

To succeed in this position, you'll need:

  • A wealth of professional childcare experience
  • Comfort caring for infants and children of all ages in a home environment
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic role
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and research alongside children
  • Strong health and safety practices at all times
  • Prioritization of hands-on activities, imagination, and interaction over screens or technology
  • Excellent technical and organizational skills (communication, scheduling, etc.)
  • Knowledge of child development and caregiving best practices (e.g., safe sleep)
  • Dynamism and creativity in caring for diverse children
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
