The Role:

">

You will determine donor eligibility; review laboratory test results, manage employee incidents, refer unacceptable findings to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs, and support the Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees. You will work under the guidance of the Center Manager for operational guidance and under the management of the Center Physician for medical issues. A commitment to customer service and quality is expected.

What We Offer:

An estimated hourly wage range of $23.85 - $32.79, reflecting the anticipated salary for this position based on qualifications, experience, and location. U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term incentives, medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive up to 80 hours of sick time and accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation per calendar year.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">

A high school diploma or equivalent with a graduate degree from a recognized educational nursing program, state licensure as an LPN or LVN, current CPR and AED certification, and fulfillment of state requirements for basic IV therapy. Satisfactory completion of the FDA approved training requirements for BioLife Medical Support Specialist and two years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
