Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning, detailing, and sanitizing rooms and critical care areas throughout the university campus. This includes performing terminal cleaning tasks as needed. Strong time management skills are essential to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

Types of Cleaning Tasks:

  • High dusting
  • Empty building cleaning
  • Worker facilities cleaning
  • Service area cleaning
  • Retail space cleaning
  • Healthcare facility cleaning

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
