About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Implementation Specialist to join our team at Lincoln Industries. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for planning and managing technical projects from start to finish.

This includes coordinating with suppliers, internal production processes, prototyping, and tooling design to meet customer specifications and timelines. Your ultimate goal will be to deliver high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage project timelines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
  • Lead regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress, identify potential issues, and develop solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including production release documents, PPAP submittals, and first article inspection reports.
  • Design and develop internal processes and tooling, including gages and fixtures used to produce parts, with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Develop work instructions and testing plans, as well as train production personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A four-year engineering degree and 5-15 years of experience in product development, process and tooling development, and transition to production.
  • Strong technical project planning and management skills, including experience with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning).
  • Proficiency in Solidworks or equivalent 3D modeling software.
  • Ability to generate PPAP documentation, Gage R&R analysis, PFMEAs, and Capability analysis.
  • Experience with root cause identification and technical problem-solving.
  • Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to lead teams to deliver results across multiple, concurrent projects.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
