Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Crew Scheduler Lead to join our team at Air Transport International. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

About the Job

Schedule Management: Refine the middle range and long range crew schedule of ATI aircraft to minimize costs on crew movements and overtime pay while maximizing crew capacity.

Operational Support: Schedule pilot online training events, ensure compliance with FAR(s) and collective bargaining agreements, and maintain accurate documentation regarding irregular operations and crew schedules.

Leadership Role: Assist the Crew Scheduler in developing recovery options during irregular operations, audit and coach Crew Schedulers to ensure compliance, and train new employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement crew scheduling strategies to optimize crew utilization and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate crew schedules and resolve operational issues.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations, CBA, and internal procedures.
  • Train and mentor new employees to improve their knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Aviation related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Three years of experience within ATI Crew Scheduling or closely related department.
  • Prior leadership experience with a positive coaching mentality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
