About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care in a long-term or healthcare setting.
Responsibilities- Supervise nursing staff to ensure provision of safe and effective care for patients
- Coordinate patient care activities, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to patient care
- Maintain accurate records of patient care activities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable state
- Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a long-term or healthcare setting
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
