We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dining Services Associate to join our team at Peregrine Senior Living at Guilderland. As a key member of our dining team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting a restaurant-style dining atmosphere for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Provide a high level of customer service and promote a positive dining experience for residents and guests
Work closely with the Dining Director to ensure resident satisfaction with food and dining programs
Set tables in accordance with PSL standards and serve residents and guests with beverages as requested
Review daily menu with residents and communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent certification (GED) preferred
Minimum 1 year experience working in the food service industry preferred
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team
