Sales Commission Manager Job Description

Synopsys, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Commission Manager to join our Sales Compensation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales compensation plans, policies, and procedures that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of sales compensation plans, quotas, and policies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, finance, and operations.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely reports to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with experience in data analysis and modeling.
  • At least 8 years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience with SAP, Anaplan, Callidus, SFDC, or other SPM solutions.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
What We Offer:

Synopsys, Inc. offers a competitive total rewards package, including a base salary range of $106,000 - $160,000, annual bonus, equity, and comprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
