We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at MCI Careers.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer service calls and providing technical support to clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with customers daily, resolving issues efficiently, selling new products and services, and ensuring best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Listen to and resolve customer issues promptly
  • Analyze and troubleshoot products and processes when interacting with customers
  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks
  • Professionally represent our partners as a brand ambassador
  • Ancillary responsibilities include escalating issues to the next level of support, ensuring first call resolution through problem-solving, and effective call handling
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills. Additionally, you should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system.

Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $11.10 - $16.10 per hour. In addition to competitive pay, we offer paid time off, paid holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package.
