We are seeking a highly skilled Physician to join our team at Physician Empire. This is a permanent position located in Southern Washington, approximately 80 miles from Tri-Cities Airport.
Location: Our practice is situated in a beautiful region of Washington state, offering a relaxed atmosphere and access to various outdoor activities. The nearby city has a population of over 250,000 people, providing ample opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Job Description: As a Physician with our team, you will be working in an outpatient setting, focusing on providing exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include conducting medical examinations, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary package, including a base compensation of $251,000 per year, plus a first-year income guarantee (IG) of $226,000. Additionally, you will receive a hiring/relocation bonus of $30,000, as well as a resident stipend of $1,500 per month, starting the month after signing the contract until the month before your employment begins.
Professional Development: We value continuous learning and provide opportunities for professional growth. You will have access to a $3,700 CME allowance and a 5-week paid leave of absence (PLT), which includes one week dedicated to continuing medical education (CME).
Relocation Support: To ensure a smooth transition, we will cover the costs of a house hunting trip after signing the contract. Furthermore, we offer J1-Waiver, H1B, and Visa sponsorship to support your relocation process.
