Key Responsibilities

Provides appropriate patient nutritional care by assessing the nutritional status of patients, formulating a care plan, coordinating its implementation, and evaluating its impact and effectiveness. Provides nutrition education to patients/families and approves supplements as appropriate. Assists in the development of a hospital formulary appropriate to the patient population.

Requirements

Registered Dietitian Required (CMS requirement). One year healthcare experience desirable. West Anaheim Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $42.00. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
