The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and education. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
**Job Description**
As a Professional Staff Nurse, you will provide highly competent patient care and treatment while demonstrating empathy and a passion for learning. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to establish relationships with physicians, other care providers, patients, and patients' families to achieve desired patient outcomes throughout the continuum of care.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse required prior to program start date OR must have a Temporary Practice Permit and commit to taking the NCLEX examination within 4 months of hire.
- CPR certification based on AHA standards.
- Act 34 Criminal Clearance.
- Basic Life Support.
