Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
