The Role

We're seeking a Solutions Development Coordinator to act as our network sourcing developer and first point of contact with prospective 3rd party warehouses. This role involves identifying, qualifying, and nurturing warehouse partners, working closely with our Sales department to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source top-tier warehouse partners based on our processes
  • Build and maintain relationships with our professional network of warehouse partners
  • Gain a deep understanding of our partner network's proficiencies
  • Collaborate with Sales to gain insights into upcoming marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Review opportunities to understand customer needs and qualify leads
  • Build project specifications from customer intake profiles and discovery calls
  • Utilize our partner network to find the best fit for each business opportunity
  • Obtain Request for Proposals (RFPs) from existing or new warehouse partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand evolving customer needs
  • Use CRM to monitor network health
  • Own internal and external onboarding handoffs for closed-won business
