The Rockridge Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services/Hospitality Representative to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland.

About the Role

This full-time position is responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and internal teams. As a Client Services/Hospitality Representative, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, manage front desk operations, and ensure seamless execution of administrative tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Reception: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and manage incoming mail and packages.
  • Administrative Support: Provide assistance with copy services, large print jobs, and document preparation. Receive, scan, and process outgoing mail and packages.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor office supplies and submit maintenance requests as needed.
  • Clerical Projects: Assist with light filing, document changes, and other clerical duties.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Knowledge of Word and Outlook is required.
  • Time Management and Organization: Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
