About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Route Supervisor to join our team at Live Oak Environmental LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, while also driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Attract, hire, lead, and develop a diverse team of Drivers, Helpers, and/or Dispatchers to achieve exceptional results.
  • Safety Management: Prioritize safety through accident prevention programs, including accountability for safe behaviors, conducting safety meetings, and maintaining a safety-focused culture.
  • Business Optimization: Optimize our business by creating, modifying, and improving routes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Customer Engagement: Gather and review customer feedback to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty to the Company.
  • Coaching and Development: Provide coaching, feedback, and exposure to challenging assignments for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate frequently with colleagues across departments, such as sales and maintenance teams, to ensure business and operational goals are achieved.
  • Employee Engagement: Implement engagement programs to attract new employees and drive existing employee loyalty, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Operational Management: Establish productivity goals where needed, ensure adherence to operating standards, and manage labor hours and expenses closely.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous knowledge or experience of a hauling facility is required.
  • Safety Focus: Knowledge or experience in leading a safety-focused environment is preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Capacity to lead diverse teams of individuals to perform at their best.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues with respect.
  • Technical Skills: Comfort using technology, including Microsoft Office and Company Software.
  • Integrity: A high degree of ethics and integrity to do the right thing in the right way.
