Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Representative to join our team at Global IID Parent LLC. As a Product Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional product support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective product support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to resolve customer issues and improve product performance.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Identify and report product defects, suggesting solutions and improvements to enhance customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and support skills.
  • Contribute to the development of product documentation, including user manuals, guides, and online resources.
  • Work closely with the product development team to ensure that new products and features meet customer needs and expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, engineering, or business.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product support, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, with a regular schedule of 40 hours per week. The position requires occasional travel to customer sites and industry events.
