We are seeking a full-time Client Care Specialist to join our team at the Virginia Veterinary Center in Richmond, VA. As a Client Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their pets.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly, poised, and client-focused service to clients and their pets.
  • Manage high-volume reception duties, including answering phones, processing payments, and reviewing estimates.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling high-pressure situations with calm and supportive demeanor.
  • Learn and utilize internal company software systems.
  • Collaborate with veterinary professionals to provide comprehensive care for animals.
Requirements:
  • Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a vocational certificate/diploma in business or office administration preferred.
  • Experience in the veterinary or medical field is a plus.
  • Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
