About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Future Ford of Sacramento. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout the repair process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  • Prepare repair orders, detailing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required.
  • Provide accurate estimates of repair or maintenance costs, explaining associated costs and securing client authorization.
  • Perform thorough redelivery processes, ensuring all client needs are met and answering any questions that may arise.
  • Develop rapport with clients, leading to lasting relationships and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations.
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of cars and maintenance.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Strong character and work ethic.
  • Strong listening and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong focus and desire to achieve sales goals.
  • Dependable, responsible team player with a positive attitude.
  • Self-starter with ability to work well as part of a team or independently.
