Enjoy a competitive salary range of $33.75 to $37.50 per hour, reflecting the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets.

In addition to attractive pay, our compensation package includes benefits such as:

About the Job

This role involves coordinating and overseeing all aspects of patients' home care, collaborating with patient care teams to develop and implement care plans, educating families on patient condition, needs and care, and performing head to toe physical assessments.

You will also be responsible for checking vital signs and managing medications, giving injections, IV therapy or tube feedings, administering and maintaining catheters, and completing documentation timely and accurately.

As a Home Healthcare Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and their families providing much needed care where they want to be - in their homes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • One year of clinical experience as a registered nurse (RN).
  • Current RN license, specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work.
  • Minimum six months home health experience.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and liability insurance.
  • The ability to assess patient status and identify requirements relative to age-specific needs.
  • Familiarity with general use and functions of the computer, such as user names and password concepts, internet, email, navigation of computer desktop, including starting programs, using files and windows, effectively use navigation buttons and toolbars.
