Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Childcare Professional to join our team in Longview, WA. As a Childcare Professional, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere for children, promoting their potential and providing a quality experience for their families.


Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:



  • Supervising children and ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Developing and implementing age-appropriate programs that cater to the needs of children
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Creating a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes diversity and equity
  • Participating in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A strong educational background in early childhood education or a related field
  • Experience working with children in a developmental setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to creating a positive and inclusive environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
