Behavioral Health Specialist

About the Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team as an Applied Behavior Analyst. This role involves working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct behavioral interventions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA.
- Provide 1:1 therapy sessions using Applied Behavior Analysis techniques.
- Collect data on client progress and behavior during each session.
Benefits and Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is $25-$35, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Current RBT certification required.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk at a brisk pace.
- Ability to perform physical activities, including bending, kneeling, and reaching.
