Job Summary:

Caring Hands United, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Staffing Coordinator to join our team in Tucker, GA.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing department staffing records, communicating with the Program Director and her designees to discuss staffing variances, and making staffing recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and logs of agency and nursing personnel
  • Analyze staffing data to identify trends and make informed recommendations
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless staffing operations
  • Collaborate with the Program Director to develop and implement effective staffing strategies
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients

Requirements:

  • Previous staffing experience required
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
