Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for delivering exceptional care and service to our clients. As a Home Health Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assisting clients with daily activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Supporting clients with their medication regimen and assisting with medical procedures
  • Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate of Completion or Associate's degree in Nursing (CNA) or related field
  • Experience working in home health care or a related setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

You will also need to possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
