We are seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. As a Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with daily living skills, engaging them in activities to promote independence, and maintaining annual training requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist individuals in developing and maintaining skills to improve daily-living and social skills
  • Engage in activities with individuals to promote independence and participation in community life
  • Maintain annual 24-hour training requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. You should also be compassionate and willing to care for the well-being of others. A minimum of a High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is required, as well as a valid Driver's License and existing insurance.
