Compensation

The compensation package for this position includes a competitive salary of $15.00 per hour and the opportunity to earn paid health insurance premiums, accrued vacation and sick leave, and optional vision and dental insurance.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an ACES Conservation Program Assistant. In this role, you will support the Department of Agriculture's Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) through a grant administered program awarded to us. You will work side-by-side with NRCS staff on important conservation efforts every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Updating or creating NRCS conservation practice standard design worksheets
  • Scanning PL-566 documents from the storeroom
  • Organizing scanned electronic files
  • Organizing PL-566 files in the storeroom

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Organizing and file management skills
  • Ability to climb stairs and carry boxes of files to and from the storeroom
  • Experience required with Windows and Adobe Acrobat
