Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating music selections for Sunday Mass and special services. This will involve attending rehearsals and performances, ensuring that all audio-visual equipment is set up and tested before each event, and maintaining cleanliness of the choir area after use. The candidate will also be expected to participate in at least one continuing education or professional development event annually.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Familiarity with a wide range of Catholic music, including traditional, contemporary, and liturgical styles.
• Ability to read music and play piano, keyboard, or organ.
• Two or more years of experience as an accompanist or a degree in music.
• Maintain a lifestyle consistent with Catholic principles.
