Job Summary

We are seeking a highly reliable and well-organized Healthcare Support Professional to join our growing team in Westlake Village, CA. As a Clinic Aide, you will support our rapidly expanding organization focused on delivering clinical and operational excellence. You will work closely with our cross-functional site team members, assisting with all aspects of operations that impact the patient journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Treatment Room Preparation: Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms, equipment, common areas, and gym spaces.
  • Clinic Maintenance: Maintain center cleanliness for clients and team members by following proper safety and cleaning procedures and protocols.
  • Therapy Equipment Support: Provide equipment and supplies for therapist access, assist with therapy equipment maintenance, and report any needed repairs.
  • Client Support: Participate in the therapeutic experience of the client under the guidance of licensed clinicians as needed, maintain a safe working environment by complying with procedures and center-specific safety guidelines.
  • Front Office Support: Assist with Front Office Administrator responsibilities, such as greeting clients, answering phones, checking-in clients, collecting co-pays, scheduling appointments, preparing charts, scanning/faxing documents, and other administrative duties as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor center inventory and inform Front Office Administrator or Operations Manager of any needed supplies.
  • Special Projects: Collaborate with Front Desk Administrator to distribute mail and packages, and assist with special projects and administrative tasks assigned by the Operations Manager or Area Director.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Health Science Background: Completed health science-related courses, developed knowledge of anatomy/physiology, and an interest in pursuing a career in healthcare.
  • Administrative Experience: Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in an office setting.
  • Reliability and Organization: Highly reliable and well-organized individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Skilled at using software and systems, including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products.
  • Lifting and Mobility: Occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl; reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Lifting Requirements: Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package designed to enhance all aspects of your life. The base pay range for this opening is $17.74/hr to $22.18/hr, based on your skill level, relevant experience, education level, and location. You will receive compensation that fits appropriately within this range.
