About the Role

As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional network infrastructure support and solutions to ensure seamless operations across LVMH Maisons. This role requires a strong technical background in network implementation, management, and troubleshooting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for network-related issues, ensuring timely resolutions and minimizing downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new projects, including store openings and closures, and improve existing network infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of network environments, changes, and configurations.
  • Partner with security teams to remediate vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Supervise and maintain network systems to provide reliable and efficient services.
  • Work closely with the Global Network Team to establish policies, procedures, and support frameworks.
  • Solve complex networking issues related to reliability, Wi-Fi connectivity, network efficiency, and ISP-related problems.

Key Projects:

  • Lead or participate in projects aimed at enhancing network performance, creating efficiencies within IT operations, and recommending new infrastructure solutions to meet evolving retail landscape challenges.
  • Collaborate with Global IT on new initiatives, including project planning, implementation, and documentation efforts aligned towards interpersonal goals and strategies.

Vendor Management:

  • Coordinate with HQ teams to manage services provided by global vendors, ensuring optimal costs and vendor relationships.
  • Supervise local connectivity, telephony services, and infrastructure vendors for store locations.
  • Manage and optimize costs associated with connectivity, telephony services, and infrastructure through negotiation with vendors.

Support Services:

  • Solve network-related issues at both store locations and corporate offices, providing timely resolutions where needed.
  • Proactively monitor systems and services to prevent incidents before they occur.
  • Craft detailed documentation of tasks enabling Level 1 or Level 2 Service Desk staff to perform initial troubleshooting data collection steps more efficiently.
  • Provide advanced Level 3 Support during critical incidents requiring attention outside of regular business hours.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of work-related network implementation experience.
  • Customer-centric approach and strong communication skills.
  • Documentation and vendor management expertise.
  • Able to communicate complex technical issues in a non-technical way.
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco Meraki administration (Firewalls, Switches, Access Points, MPLS, SD-WAN, VOIP, VPN, VLAN).
  • Solid understanding of network subnetting and system troubleshooting.

Experience and Systems:

  • Retail or hospitality environment experience.
  • Multi-brand environment experience.
  • Familiarity with Meraki MX, MX, MR, ServiceNow, and IPAM.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000-$110,000, depending on relevant skills and experience. The comprehensive benefits package includes medical insurance, bonus structure, paid time off, holiday pay, 401k, automatic employee contribution, and more.
