We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Service Merchandiser Associate to join our team in Temple, TX. As a key member of our Retail Service organization, you will be responsible for providing premier in-store execution and conversion for our leading global brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandise Mattel/Fisher Price products on the shelf
  • Build displays and implement Point of Purchase materials
  • Ensure planogram compliance
  • Provide customer service
  • Participate in special projects and conduct in-store demonstrations

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated growth mindset and ability to continuously learn
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Preferred device requirement - up-to-date smartphone and/or computer to access through Chrome Browser
  • Have access to a vehicle with valid driver's license and current car insurance
  • Physical requirements: climbing ladders up to 12' tall, ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Available to work daytime hours during the week and scheduled weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate or GED equivalent
  • Consumer product industry or retail experience
  • Computer skill set
  • Previous Mattel experience

Compensation:

The base hourly rate for this position is $15.00.
