High-Level Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing top-notch administrative support, including meeting planning, calendar management, travel arrangements, and handling confidential information. Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders are essential for this role.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and tuition reimbursement, we offer opportunities for professional growth and development.
Responsibilities:- Provide executive-level administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Manage complex calendars, ensuring seamless coordination between executives, teams, and external partners.
- Develop and maintain high-quality presentations, reports, and proposals, utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, and external partners, maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring timely preparation and execution.
- 7+ years of executive/administrative experience, preferably in C-suite support.
- Prior experience in retail, oil, and fuels marketing is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge preferred.
