Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate veterinary professional to join our team at the Veterinary and Rehabilitation Center of Cape Elizabeth. As an associate veterinarian, you will have the opportunity to work in a private practice setting with a focus on providing high-quality medicine to our clients.

About Us

The Veterinary and Rehabilitation Center of Cape Elizabeth is a 1.5-veterinarian, AAHA-accredited practice located in picturesque Cape Elizabeth, Maine. We pride ourselves on providing a supportive and collaborative environment for our team members, as well as excellent care for our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality medical care to patients, including routine check-ups, surgeries, and diagnostic testing
  • Work closely with our team to develop treatment plans and communicate with clients about their pets' health
  • Participate in ongoing continuing education to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in veterinary medicine

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide:

Requirements

  • DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary program
  • Current licensure to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Maine (or ability to obtain)

Location

This is an in-person role based in Cape Elizabeth, Maine, with easy access to greater Portland and its amenities.
